All aspects of human resources, cloud- based HR management systems, mentoring and consultancy services. Working with SME business owners, directors and senior managers to enhance your business rather than get in the way of it.
Biggest achievement so far
After more than 20 years in the corporate world and being head of HR in the with more than 400 employees and multiple sites, my biggest achievement is bringing that wealth of experience to the North West SME market and running an independent business for 11 years.
I view HR from a commercial aspect and have built up a fantastic client base, many of which are family businesses, with whom I have worked for several years. I love being considered a business partner to these amazing companies.
Ambitions for the future
My ambitions are fairly modest, I will be happy to continue building my reputation for providing high level advice at affordable rates to a limited number of North West based SMEs.
