Domus Plinii 1792 Suites LAKE COMO, ITALY

Domus Plinii is a boutique resort located on the picturesque shores of Lake Como, amid the lush landscapes and mountains of Faggeto Lario. Located in a beautiful historic villa built in 1792, steeped in history and surrounded by spectacular natural scenery, the residence offers tranquillity for travellers seeking an unforgettable escape. The original property, called Albergo Plinio,

comprised the main building and a house for carriages enclosed on three sides by a formal Italian garden. In 2018, the lakefront property was reinvented by a team of Milanese architects, among them the former vice director of Vogue Italia. Now Domus Plinii boasts 12 suites with a swimming pool, a private beach and pier, courtyard parking, a restaurant and bar, all surrounded by a park where centuries-old trees enclose romantic garden paths. The 12 suites are all unique, some with elegant

shades of green while others have psychedelic 1970s patterns. The aesthetic, however, is inspired by the 1960s, with furniture elements such as cabinets, tables, bookcases and chairs from that

period having been sourced from boutiques in Milan. Each of the one- and two-bedroom suites has a fully equipped kitchen, elegant bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms, offering the perfect accommodation for your holiday needs. The Italian gardens are a tranquil oasis where

you can unwind amid lavish greenery and fragrant blooms. At the top of the gardens, the stunning views can be enjoyed from a sun lounger by the shimmering swimming pool. Domus Plinii guests also can relax and take in Lake Como’s beauty on a private beach. Domus Plinii’s guests have the opportunity

to enjoy a gourmet experience at D Lounge, a fine-dining restaurant that’s open all day, from breakfast until dinner. Indulge in the exquisite flavours of Italian cuisine, where locally sourced ingredients are transformed into culinary masterpieces by the talented chef. Guests can dine in the contemporary indoor

space, soak in the natural beauty from the glass veranda or enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake and mountains from the terrace.

DON’T MISS Enjoy exclusive private boat tours, amazing watersports, lakeside dining and breathtaking sunset views
