PAID CONTENT FOR LENI MOUNTAIN APARTMENTS & CHALET

PRIESTEREGG Premium Eco Resort LEOGANG, AUSTRIA

Sitting above the rooftops of the Austrian mountain bike and ski resort of Leogang, about an hour from the city of Salzburg, hosts Renate and Huwi Oberlader (Austria’s Hoteliers of the Year 2022) have created a little idyll away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The experience begins as soon as guests arrive

in the country. The winding mountain road twists its way up a high plateau over 3,610 feet and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks. There’s also the option to travel by helicopter from Salzburg and Munich airports, marvelling at the incredible nature stretching out below you. As soon as the wooden gate to the resort opens, the Oberlader family welcomes guests with its warm atmosphere, created with beautiful rustic decorations such as regional carvings and wooden beams. Huwi’s Alm, the resort’s inn, is adjacent to the

farmhouse. Exuding an inviting Alpine ambience and with a large garden full of plants, there’s a magical atmosphere to the place, making it the perfect spot to enjoy regional delicacies. Travellers

also have the choice to dine in their room should they so wish. There are 12 chalets along with a private spa,

three lake villas with private lake access and three premium villas: Villa Wossa with its own infinity pool and Poacherer Villa in the middle of the hotel’s own forest. The final chalet, Villa Etaner, with a private infinity pool and space for 10 people, is just a few steps away. The 32,290sq ft wellness area is available to all

resort guests. There’s an impressive 25-metre long sky pool, a heated infinity pool that floats above the valley. The relaxation room has an original smoke sauna from Lapland, a pine wood sauna and treatment rooms with natural products and offering a range of massages. Guests can enjoy a yoga session on their own

private wooden platforms amidst the natural beauty in the middle of the forest, or explore the Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm region, with its wealth of adventurous outdoor experiences such as mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding and skiing.
