Guests receive a private consultation with an in-house traditional medicine doctor to tailor a personal wellness programme, including daily wellness treatments (one treatment a day is included in the room rate) and dietary guidance. Additionally, daily yoga and meditation classes, along with access to wellness facilities such as an indoor heated infinity pool, gym, sauna and steam rooms, are complimentary.
Room rates encompass all meals from an a la
carte breakfast, a four-course set lunch and a six-course set dinner, as well as snacks and non- alcoholic beverages. The culinary team presents a diverse array of Bhutanese, Western and Indian dishes, accommodating guest preferences and focusing on sustainability through set menus, portion control and fresh, local seasonal produce. Guests are encouraged to acclimate to the
surroundings and embrace the Bhutanese lifestyle. Leisure activities, including Bhutanese cooking classes, pottery and traditional sports, are included in the room rate. Located just a 15-minute drive from Paro International Airport, the Sanctuary serves as an ideal base for exploring Bhutan, with the guest experience team arranging day tours to nearby attractions like Paro town, Tiger’s Nest, Thimphu, Chele La pass and Punakha Valley.
