Take to the skies to marvel at some of Canada’s most remote landscapes while flying in a plane or helicopter
THE YUKON “Because of the distances that need to be covered and the remoteness of many destinations, flightseeing is very popular in Canada. Tintina Air has been running flightseeing tours since we started in 2010. The Yukon has beautiful terrain, a very low population density and limited road infrastructure, so many of its best destinations can only be seen by the air. Some of my favourite places to fly in the Yukon include Kluane National Park, Tombstone Mountains and the Peel watershed. A popular must-see are the Kluane Icefields [the planet’s largest non-polar icefields].”
