ZOLLERN Announces Multi- Million Capital Investment
Laucherthal / Germany In 2021 / 22, the largest capital
investment package in the history of ZOLLERN investment casting was announced. The size of this investment will be 20 million €. In doing so, ZOLLERN is investing
in additional EQX systems with melting capacities up to 220 kg and Directional Solidification (DS) / Single Chrystal (SX) up to 100 kg at the production site in Laucherthal Germany. The aim of this investment is to support the existing customer base and to further expand the business in the industrial gas turbine and aerospace sectors in the coming years, by adding to its existing 100 kg EQX capacity. These investments will become operational in Q3 2022.
Maia / Portugal In Maia, vacuum casting capacities
have been expanded with the installation of a new multi-channel ceramic plant, which allow ZOLLERN to almost double its capacity in this area for its customers. Both investments complement the
existing offer for its diverse customer base that will be maintained in the future and show ZOLLERN´s financial stability and ability to strengthen its businesses. Details of the complete investment
