SH O W C A SE 3 of the best things about my job
Matt Carter Travel Counsellor
I was attracted to Travel Counsellors because I wanted to run my own travel business and scale it without limits – while having complete flexibility. The recruitment process was great. I visited the Support Hub in Manchester and they reassured me that, despite it being my own business, I wasn’t alone. The Travel Academy programme is incredible. The training is so in depth but also fun.
2 I’ve only been with Travel Counsellors since October 2023, but I’ve already had opportunities to attend ship visits, experiential days with suppliers and the annual conference. These events are a great way to
learn about new products and to expand your network.
3 I love meeting up with my customers when they’ve returned from a trip. Listening to their stories and seeing their photos gives me a real sense of satisfaction. I’d highly recommend joining Travel Counsellors if you’re looking to build your own business and take control of your future. It’s hard work but so rewarding. The opportunities are endless and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
