I love my job as a digital product owner at easyJet holidays because I’m inspiring our customers with innovative digital content and enhancing digital experiences to provide a one-of-a-kind booking journey. I’m proud to work for a business that promotes autonomy, and gives me a platform to share my own thoughts and opinions in a creative space, and to pitch my ideas for future development.
2 By reviewing customer feedback, I can use this knowledge to establish what we can achieve next – that means we can create even more brilliant getaways with easyJet holidays and
understand consumer behaviours when travelling.
3 To support my career development, easyJet holidays has backed my apprenticeship in leadership and management, which I fulfil alongside my role. It’s hugely motivating to work for a company that cares so much about its people and their progression, which in turn, creates such a positive working culture – something I really appreciate being a part of.
