I had a wealth of customer service experience from previous roles, but always had a desire to work in the travel industry. With no prior experience or qualifications, this is where Trailfinders came in with its great reputation and the fact that full training is provided.
2 I have really enjoyed learning about the industry and being trained on the systems. In a short space of time, I was able to book flights, handle complex flight queries from clients and support sales staff with flight quotes. It’s been very rewarding so far and I am continuing to learn and grow.
3 The company only promotes from within, so in less than a year I applied for an opportunity in the product department. I find it so satisfying knowing my work has an impact on the products we offer our clients. The team I work with is exceptional, consistently offering unwavering support, and I also love the opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
