SH O W C A SE 3 of the best things about my job
Holly Dalzell modern apprentice and travel consultant
I enjoy the variety of holiday enquiries I receive throughout the day. One minute you can be talking about cruising and the different options available in every corner of the globe, and the next minute you could be dealing with a young family looking for a package holiday closer to home that will keep everyone entertained.
2 The team I work with is amazing. In store, it’s such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and my colleagues made me feel really welcome when I first started. Everyone is so approachable, which makes my learning process even easier. With so much knowledge across
the team, they’ve been amazing at helping me with questions that I have during my apprenticeship. The team really makes this an incredible working environment and I have made friends for life.
3 There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing people get the holiday they deserve. I love getting to know each of my customers and finding out exactly what they are looking for in a holiday and then working to try and make it extra special.
