operator’s 76-page 2023-24 Battlefield Tours brochure which is available in print or online. Leger’s Battlefield Tours cover


both world wars and a range of other conflicts, including the American Civil War, the Spanish Civil War and the Battle of Waterloo. The brochure features tours


covering a variety of aspects of military history, including Holocaust tours, the human side of war, special commemorative events, anniversaries and more. New tours include The Somme


Offensive; Wartime Paris: Spies, Resistance and the Holocaust; and War Poets & War Literature. The lead-in price for the


five-day The Somme Offensive tour, departing on May 29, 2023, is £649. Customers will get access to

Looking forward to next year, Aegean Airlines, the Greek carrier, is returning to BHX after a five-year break. From March 28, 2023, Aegean will fly twice-weekly between Birmingham and Athens.


Also, Loganair is increasing seat capacity by 30% on its Birmingham-Aberdeen flights from summer 2023 – perfect for city breaks or visiting friends and family.
