We have invested £250,000 in the creation of the Harbour Academy, overseeing both a chef academy and F&B training across the group. The chef academy houses the Har- bour chef apprentices, trained by our in-house chef academy trainer, allowing apprentices to

both an introductory and advanced F&B train- ing course; we’re delighted to have this train- ing endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality. Our bespoke training was written with our guests and team members in mind and it’s fantastic to have this recognised by industry- leading professionals.
