“I started at Firmdale in 2007 and it was my first job in London. My journey began as a room attendant in the housekeeping department and I had no previous experience in this department. I was so eager to learn and I have now developed into a deputy head housekeeper. “Along the way I have worked at four of the eight London hotels, been recognised twice as employee of the month and I was a finalist in the employee of the year category at the Love What You Do Awards in 2018. “I am proud to work at Firmdale, as all the hotels and the teams are amazing – you feel like you are at home. I am so passionate about my job and it makes me happy to be part of the family. The people I have met on my journey believed that I could achieve my goals and the company has helped me to grow and invested in me. Now I can pass all my knowledge and experiences to others.”
