WELLNESS One&Only Kéa Island

New menus at Chiva Som

One&Only Kéa Island launches two new wellness programmes

One&Only Kéa Island has partnered with aromatherapy and skincare brand Subtle Energies to introduce two new wellness retreats. The three or five-day ReSet and ReEnergise programmes integrate wellness

experiences with fitness activities, and have been curated exclusively for the Cycladic island resort in the Aegean, which opened in May and includes a three-storey spa with hot and cold therapy pools, saunas, steam rooms and six treatment rooms. The ReSet package focuses on restoring balance, easing anxiety and resetting

circadian rhythms with breathwork and meditation sessions and sleep-supporting techniques. The ReEnergise retreat aims to detoxify, strengthen muscles and combat fatigue. Both packages will also include signature spa treatments such as the Muscle De-Stress Poultice Massage and the Detox and Rest programme. oneandonlyresorts.com

Celebrated Thai wellness property Chiva-Som Hua Hin has introduced a new menu and elevated culinary experiences across its dining venues. Highlights include a traditional steamboat recipe with a twist and a new pescatarian menu at wellness restaurant The Emerald Room. There’s also a new menu at beachfront eatery Taste of Siam inspired by traditional Arabic and Islamic medicine, following the example of sister property Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som in Qatar. chivasom.com

Experiencing The Wellness Collection

Jayne Price, Luxury Travel Specialist at Elegant Resorts on Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti

What were the key highlights of your stay? The main one for me was the four-hour e-bike guided tour that we did around the nearby villages. There are lots of cycling routes in the area and the hotel has complimentary e-bikes for you to use, but we decided to upgrade this to a guided tour.

How did you feel when you returned home? 'ĚƥĚƑŞĿŠĚē! Tƥ hîƙ ēĚǛŠĿƥĚŕNj ijĿDŽĚŠ ŞĚ ƥhĚ ŒĿČŒ ƙƥîƑƥ T ŠĚĚēĚē ƥū ijĚƥ ċîČŒ ĿŠƥū ŞNj ǛƥŠĚƙƙ. T’DŽĚ ČūŞĚ îDžîNj ŒŠūDžĿŠij hūDž ĿŞƎūƑƥîŠƥ Ŀƥ Ŀƙ ƥū ƎƑĿūƑĿƥĿƙĚ ŞNj DžĚŕŕċĚĿŠij.

Did you learn anything new about yourself whilst you were there? How much better I feel when I take some time out daily for myself to relax.

Who would you recommend Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti to? Anyone wanting an introduction to wellness who doesn’t want it to be too clinical or strict. Someone that enjoys cycling, hiking or being at one with nature would love this retreat!

Carefully curated and consisting of 38 retreats, our Wellness Collection promises a truly immersive escape for the mind, body and soul. Whether that’s a long-weekend detox, a dedicated yoga retreat or an off-the-grid getaway to fully disconnect.

Our highly experienced Luxury Wellness Specialists will take the time to discuss your client’s unique preferences, wellness goals and aspirations, whilst ƙhîƑĿŠij ƥhĚĿƑ ǛƑƙƥ-hîŠē ƑĚČūŞŞĚŠēîƥĿūŠƙ.
