Messe Frankfurt Inc and the Food Processing Suppliers Association disclosed details of a joint venture intended for the PROCESS EXPO, the nation’s largest horizontal trade show which is targeted at the food and beverage processing and packaging industry. Koch Fertilizer, a subsidiary of Koch AG & Energy Solutions, announced plans to upgrade its production facility in Fort Dodge, Iowa, at a cost of $140 million.
