Powtech World Magazine Advertorial
Even during the pandemic, many companies decided to build, renovate, expand or optimise their production facilities. Here’s how they were helped
SINBRAN HELPS OEMS TO SELECT THE RIGHT FILTER ELEMENTS TO BEST SUIT THEIR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, by examining a range of options to best meet their
individual specifications. Here are the key points: ●
Simple geometry and washability: in the case of
sticky dusts or in CIP systems, it is necessary that the filter elements do not have blind spots from which the dust cannot be cleaned or washed out. Sinbran filter elements consist of one or more round tubes made from
Low pressure loss and easy to clean: for a good performance, even in difficult applications, pure surface filtration with an e-PTFE membrane is now standard. The elements use an e-PTFE membrane which is laminated
hydrophobic materials with simple, niche-free geometry. ●
●
on the outside using a special thermal process. ●
High separation efficiency: in product filtration for
valuable products or end-of-pipe filtration for harmful dusts, it is essential to achieve low emission rates. The elements are tested and certified for dust class “M”. This
means an efficiency of at least 99.9% of the test dust. ●
DIN 60079-32-2 and TRGS 727 standards. ●
Antistatic properties: the elements have been tested and documented as antistatic in accordance with the
PWIS-free or “silicone-free”: the elements are manufactured without aids. The choice of materials and special cleaning processes in production guarantee PWIS-free elements.
FDA and EU 10/2011 compliance: both documents
require that products consist of only listed basic materials and are manufactured according to GMP. Both
requirements are certified in a declaration of conformity. ●
USP Class VI: plastics used in medical technology and are divided into six biocompatibility classes. Sinbran’s
elements have been tested and certified accordingly. ●
Compatibility with existing systems: the elements are
built up modularly from four components (flange, tube, membrane and base). This allows maximum flexibility in developing special constructions and new designs. In summary: for challenging applications with often contradicting requirements, e.g. high load and low-pressure loss, Sinbran filter elements are the right choice.
COMPANY PROFILE
Sinbran GmbH was founded in 2014 by Wolfgang Jander (pictured left) through a management buy-out. It continues the business independently, including R&D, manufacturing and selling globally. With the combined experience of more than 40 years in industrial filtration, Sinbran GmbH supports customers in technical questions and new areas of application.
