Flexibility, versatility and a philosophy that is committed to constantly improving, sees Brabender lead the way at the cutting edge of development in their field

WE KNOW OUR WAY AROUND FLEXIBILITY. THE VERSATILE FEEDING SOLUTIONS FROM BRABENDER TECHNOLOGIE master every challenge, however individual they may be. Our team of designers and developers is in close contact with customers and research institutes on a daily basis. The result: continuous further development for over 60 years. Here, we present some of our innovations and technical enhancements:

SERVO MOTOR: NOW AVAILABLE AS STANDARD Compared to normal, frequency-controlled motors, servo motors are advantageous for a variety of different

applications due to their wide speed and torque range. ●

pair of screw and tube can be eliminated ●

No assembly effort and significantly reduced changeover downtime because the need for a second

Extremely efficient: At lower speeds they can also start at full torque without speed fluctuations. Brabender Technologie is continuing to gradually expand servo drives to many device types. The servo motor is currently available as an option for many feeders such as the double screw feeder DDSR20 and the single screw feeder DSR28.

FLEXIBLE SLEEVES MADE FROM LIQUID SILICONE RUBBER (LSR) A PLUS IN SECURITY In cases where harmful substances are fed, inlet and

outlet connections must be securely sealed to prevent toxic dust from escaping. This is exactly what the flexible sleeves which are made of highly durable, tear-resistant liquid silicone rubber (LSR) offers. Brabender Technologie offers them for the most

frequently used flexible sleeves sizes. Its new design makes the silicone flexible sleeve highly flexible and also suitable for ultra-low feed rates (below 50 grams per hour) because the adapted material thicknesses are optimally designed for this. They are extremely thin on the flexible area (0.4 mm) and sufficiently tight on the fastening with the tension band (2 mm). Highlight: Silicone flexible sleeves are now included in any standard scope of delivery.
