In recent surveys, over 90% of employers admitted that they look at applicants’ social media accounts before inviting them for interview. What’s more, 69 per cent said they had rejected applicants after checking out their profiles on Facebook or other sites. It is therefore very important to project the correct image on social media when you are job-hunting.
