remier Marinas’ vision for Noss on Dart is taking shape, with a new floating marina and a boatyard with a 75-ton hoist set to open


soon. It will turn Noss into a major employment hub, resulting in a thriving commercial community where businesses will benefit from purpose-built workshops and offices, and boat owners will find all of the support services they need on site, including yard lifting services.


Tenants have already moved into the site’s first specialist commercial unit, which was built with sustainability in mind (using local materials and labour) and features solar panels that will produce a significant proportion of electricity for the site. Approval has also been given for the construction of a second commercial building, which has already attracted a further line-up of marine-related tenants. Stephenson Sails and Covers and Network Yacht Brokers have both been at Noss on Dart for many years and were delighted to be handed keys to their new units in September. “We’re excited to be installed in our smart new offices” said James Hester, Director of Network Yacht Brokers. “We are a major
