Installation and maintenance is quick and simple. An HDI system means labour and hassle free regular lubrication, cutting service costs and enhancing the life of moving parts.
All Purpose ‘Drum’ Pump Interlube has also developed an electronically operated ‘Drum’ pump, which fits onto the standard range of grease drums. The unit is automatically controlled, and can be connected to a hose reel supply system. This enables vulnerable areas to be greased at the working location, cancelling the need for mobile units to return to the plant service centre or workshop. To be launched later in 2011.
The RotaLube Chain Lubricator
The unique RotaLube Chain Lubrication System introduced, marketed and installed by Interlube Systems, answers all the inherent current problems associated with chain lubrication such as those encountered with erratic drip feed systems, and hand lubrication, which is inaccurate and spasmodic. It is a controlled applicator device that does not suffer from excessive wear. It will not ‘clog-up’ and maintains accurate lubrication whatever the condition of the chain and pins, loads and usage.
Typical applications that can benefit from RotaLube systems: Bakery Ovens; Food Processing Machines; Industrial Dryers; Waste Paper Conveyors; Car & Truck Manufacturing Plants; Escalators and Elevators.
The RotaLube Chain Lubricator is being tested, at present, with many different configurations of pumps, including the Lubeplus E, GX, AC and HDI electric pumps. Interlube is modifying the output of the Lubeplus E Pump to lubricate a small amount of
oil frequently and is looking at modifying an AC multi outlet pump with a faster rpm motor and new control card, which has fully adjustable ‘run and dwell’ times, for 110v or 240v supply. This modified format will be economic to install and will be attractive to smaller standard chain installations.

For the larger installations they have incorporated the facility to apply metered amounts of oil into an air stream which feeds the lubricant to the RotaLube. This will supply very small pulses of lubricant to the pins as the unit rotates. This type of application will be attractive to customers undertaking larger and more expensive installations.
