An important factor when lubricating is always the usage of a suitable lubricant that, even at high temperatures, does not drip off. The newly developed lubrication pinion applies the lubricant only to the loaded areas of the tooth flank and not to the entire tooth or in the tooth root.

PU – Polyurethane Pinion for the Lubrication of Open Gears The new Lincoln lubrication pinion made of robust, wear-resistant polyurethane, was specially developed for the lubrication of open gear drives. The special surface structure of the flexible material enables the PU pinion to apply a 100%, continuously renewed lubrication film to the flank of the tooth. As a result, wear is minimised and the corrosion protection is increased.

Lubricant can be supplied to the pinion with either the Lincoln Quicklub progressive system or with the single-line 603/653S with extensive control and operating possibilities.

Bio-fuel Systems

Bio-fuel systems have many lubrication points on the stirring and worm gear units and the separators. With a lubrication system, hard-to-reach lubrication points can reliably be supplied with the right amount of lubrication. As a result, service is simplified, time and costs are saved, and productivity of the system is increased.

SSV Lubricant dividers installed in bio-fuel system.

Typically the Quicklub progressive system is used in Bio-fuel systems. Quicklub P203 pumps reliably supply small and mid-sized machines with up to 250 lubrication points. The P203 works in conjunction with SSV and SSV-D solid- block metering devices with precise piston tolerances that do not require fault prone seals. SSV metering devices operate at pressures of up to 350bar and extreme conditions such as temperatures from – 40°C to + 100°C without problems.

The newly developed SSV-D is a metering device with flexible metering. For every outlet pair of the SSV-D, the lubricant quality can be individually adjusted. The metering is performed with metering screws that are available in 10 different sizes.
