to entertain. Hailing from Northern Ireland, Patrick is a formidable face in the world of comedy and TV. His career spans almost three decades and this Irish national treasure with spitfire comedy and one-liners had us all enthralled and entertained.

Post dinner we all enjoyed a few drinks in the bar and had a chance to once again catch-up with familiar faces. I think it is certainly testament to the evening that as 1 AM drew near, there were still so many guests in the bar area; everyone seemed reluctant to leave. Maybe this is indicative of what a friendly industry it is, we love to come together!

The Annual Dinner would not happen without the fabulous support of our sponsors and we thank you one and all. Most importantly an event like this has to be planned, co-ordinated, managed and that is all credited to Megan Humphreys and Nicola Chaplin of the UKLA team. They have worked tirelessly over recent months, weeks and days to ensure that the event was as ever successful.

We look forward to seeing you all in 2023 at next year’s dinner, and at one or all of our other fabulous events! (Conference news coming up so don’t miss out on this hot ticket).
