Vickers Oils appoints new Business Development Manager and Marketing Communications Manager
Vickers Oils are pleased to welcome Ian Bower, Business Development Manager and Esther Murray, Marketing Communications Manager to the family as part of their strategic expansion plans to develop new markets. These recent recruitments symbolise a very exciting future for Vickers Oils who are also currently investing in the construction of a 5,500 sq ft two-storey, river-side building to house a first-floor state-of-the-art laboratory with roof plant area and ground floor storage facility.

ExxonMobil to reveal latest research and product technology at WindEnergy Hamburg
At this year’s WindEnergy Hamburg, ExxonMobil discussed the results of its investigation into the causes of white etching cracking (WEC), in collaboration with leading bearing manufacturer Schaeffler Technologies.
The findings of the joint investigation are being used to develop the next generation oils and greases for wind turbines, including ExxonMobil’s latest product which launches this year, following their demonstration at the event in September.
