The government’s recently announced 10-Year Capital Plan sets out a long-term vision to modernise the NHS estate through significant investment in new healthcare facilities, neighbourhood health centres, digital infrastructure, and more sustainable environments. Alongside this welcome investment, many organisations continue to manage ageing estates, maintenance backlogs, workforce pressures, and increasing compliance requirements.
