SOFTSWISS highlights key milestones

of affiliate marketing platform Affilka ICE Barcelona SOFTSWISS

Affilka by SOFTSWISS, launched in 2018, has rapidly evolved into a leading affiliate management platform in the iGaming industry. Te product celebrates its seventh anniversary together with over 440 brands using Affilka’s platform. Te team highlights milestones and features empowering operators to streamline affiliate program management and drive business growth.

In 2024 Affilka by SOFTSWISS announced a game-changing Geo- Distributed Redirect feature. Tis enhancement drastically reduces redirect duration by 2.5 to five times. In one region, simulated tests showed a reduction from 1.5 seconds to just 300–500 milliseconds – ranking among the fastest response rates in the industry.

As a result, the feature has driven a 3.5 per cent to seven per cent increase in users successfully reaching casino sites, leading to higher registrations and deposits. Te innovation effectively tackles a critical issue: players abandoning sites due to delays. By minimising wait times, the Geo-Distributed Redirect feature ensures seamless navigation and maximises user engagement.

Data-driven decision-making is fundamental for successful operation. Understanding the importance of relevant and full data, Affilka by SOFTSWISS offers comprehensive reports with near real- time statistics. Tis data provides a competitive edge, as both operators and affiliates need timely information to make informed decisions. Te faster affiliates receive data on player activity, the

Te platform offers a versatile commission constructor, enabling operators to design tailored reward plans beyond standard CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models. Tis flexibility allows for the creation of custom commission structures based on specific criteria, accommodating diverse affiliate strategies and market requirements. Affilka by SOFTSWISS integrates multiple payment systems, including Neteller, Skrill, Cryptoprocessing, and bank transfers, facilitating efficient and timely affiliate payouts directly from the platform's back office. Tis seamless payment processing enhances operational efficiency and ensures affiliates receive their earnings promptly.

Entering the new operating year Anastasia Borovaya, Head of Affilka by SOFTSWISS, shares the team’s plans: “In 2025, we are going to enhance our platform with powerful features like Cohort Analysis for deeper insights into players' behaviour over time, improved Subaffiliate Module with new commission plans and reporting tools, and a Traffic Report for affiliates, ensuring comprehensive data on users clicks by country, user agent, device, operating system, and other vital criteria.

“Te additional geo-specific payment methods for affiliate cashouts will strengthen the platform. We will also continue to focus on optimising traffic delivery, load balancing, and enhancing system stability and fault tolerance to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow.”

Te Affilka by SOFTSWISS team is ready to engage in insightful discussions and potential collaboration at iGB Affiliate at stand C10.
