TURKEY SLOPPY JOES
ORZO SALAD WITH GRILLED CHICKEN
This messy classic has all the flavors of your favorite burger, like tangy mustard and sweet-and-sour pickles.

1 medium onion 1 tbsp olive oil 1 lb ground turkey ¾ cup ketchup 2 tbsp yellow mustard 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp garlic powder 4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted 8 bread and butter pickle slices ½ cup shredded lettuce

It boils in 7 to 9 minutes for speedy suppers.
Tiny orzo pasta is the perfect base for lots of fresh veggies, herbs, and crowd-pleasing grilled chicken.

Grilling spray 8 oz orzo 1 (5 oz) bag baby spinach 1 lb chicken breast tenders
1 medium kirby cucumber ¼ cup loosely packed fresh dill 2 green onions 3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
STEP 1 Finely chop the onion. In a 12-inch nonstick pan, heat the oil on medium-high. Add the onion and cook 4 min., until golden, stirring often. Add turkey and cook until mostly browned, about 4–6 min., breaking up meat with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. STEP 2 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. When turkey is cooked, stir ketchup mixture into meat. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. STEP 3 Scoop the meat mixture onto the buns and top with pickle slices and lettuce.

STEP 1 Coat grill or grill pan with grilling spray and set to medium-high. Cook the orzo according to package directions. Place the spinach in a colander in the sink. STEP 2 While orzo cooks, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Grill 3–4 min. per side, until fully cooked. STEP 3 Drain cooked orzo over spinach to wilt. Rinse with cold water until cool and drain again. STEP 4 Peel and chop the cucumber. Chop the dill and green onions. To a large bowl, add the cucumber, dill, oil, vinegar, and green onions, along with orzo and spinach. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chicken tenders over orzo salad.
