Ginger, cinnamon, and clove are

spices that make up chai tea

just a few of the

Vanilla bean

Try burying used

vanilla bean pods in a container of sugar to

infuse it with flavor— perfect for baking or sweetening coffee.

VANILLA CHAI LATTE No need to wait in line just to get a decent

chai latte. With this easy 10-minute recipe, you can make an authentic version at home.

PREP TIME 5 MIN. – COOK TIME 5 MIN. READY IN 10 MIN. – SERVINGS 4

4 chai tea bags 1 fresh vanilla bean 1 cup vanilla almond milk

Make it a hybrid

Have you ever tried mixing coffee and

tea? It’s tastier than it sounds! Add a splash of coffee to your chai latte to mix up your morning routine.

1 tsp ground cinnamon

STEP 1 Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Divide tea bags among 4 mugs. Use a sharp knife to split the vanilla bean lengthwise. Scrape out the beans (reserving the pod for another use) and divide evenly among the mugs. STEP 2 Fill each mug with boiling water and allow 4 min. to steep. When liquid has cooled slightly, top each with ¼ cup of the almond milk and garnish with cinnamon.
