MANGO COLADA If you can’t find mango juice, pineapple or orange juice makes a great substitute.

1 (15 oz) can
sweetened cream of coconut 1 cup mango juice 2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup ice 2 limes ½ cup rum (optional) 4 maraschino cherries (optional)
STEP 1 To a blender, add the cream of coconut, mango juice, frozen mango chunks, ice, juice from 1 lime, and rum (optional). Blend until smooth. STEP 2 Halve the remaining lime and thinly slice. Divide drink among 4 cocktail glasses. Garnish with lime slices and cherries.
Tip Add a sprinkle of toasted coconut for extra flair.
