Rehm’s RDS drying systems are designed as a flexibly configurable portfolio for applica- tions ranging from sensitive semi-
conductor and backend electronics manufacturing processes to com- plete conformal coating lines with integrated dispensing and subse- quent drying or curing. The RDS UV LED system
provides efficient, process-reli- able UV curing for demanding electronics manufacturing envi- ronments. Using modern LED technology, the system enables short exposure times, reduced thermal stress and high repro- ducibility, making it suitable for complex assemblies and high cycle-time requirements. The system offers homoge-
neous full-area UV exposure up to 500 × 500 mm and includes four in- dividually switchable LED seg-
ments, allowing manufacturers to apply energy according to process requirements. Its LED technology is also mercury- and ozone-free, en- ergy-efficient and designed for long-term production use. Rehm’s RVDS vertical dryer
