The cooler bag reinvented - A new fully recyclable consumer cooler bag made entirely from renewable materials has been announced by Fresh!Packing. It provides excellent protective cooling properties and offers consumers a durable bag to carry chilled or frozen food home. The bag’s outer layer is made from durable kraft paper replacing the traditional unrecyclable multi- material packaging whilst improving cooling protection up to 2.5 times. Certified as fully recyclable in existing paper waste streams, the bag’s cooling element is created using pulp encased in kraft paper. The material has high stretchability allowing easy sewing of the different plies creating a strong structure with high tear resistance and able to carry large weights and sizes. The new cooler bags

are durable, can be re-used multiple times and offer good printability for company branding whilst meeting demand for sustainable packaging.
