Building merchant Beers Timber & Building Supplies recently undertook one of the Academy’s Merchant Training Days to develop understanding of flooring types and fitting methods so that its staff can be more confident in discussing flooring options. The course covered product, benefits and features, add-on sales and hands-on fitting; it was warmly received by all 25 Beers staff that attended.
