of flatweave and hand-tufted rugs. Villa Nova is a British brand with a philosophy of creating stylish fabrics, wallcoverings and accessories for modern living.
Drawing on its own library of archive patterns and reinventing them with a modern take, the Belgian maker will also continue to deepen its breadth of vintage designs with the introduction of Antiquarian under the Louis de Poortere brand.
The Mad Men collection, inspired by the ‘golden age’ of advertising in the 1950/60s, will see updates keeping this range ultra-relevant, particularly with the rising tide of mid-century interior style.
Alan Russell, Sales Director UK, said: “Domotex is always a key time for us.
“Representing Europe’s biggest industry event, the fair helps us to launch key developments for the forthcoming year and 2018 is no different. Through a new capsule collection with one of the fabric industry’s biggest brands and our
reinvented archive designs, the Louis de Poortere stand is certainly worth a visit for retailers looking for something different at this year’s show.”
Louis de Poortere will also exhibit its Haute Couture collection of carpets and custom runners and rugs. Featuring sublime Brussels weave styles in 100% wool, cotton/wool and cotton/ polyamide, Haute Couture is ideal for retailers looking for a premium concept in textile flooring.
