How do the team deal with the human side of trauma cleaning?
I t’s often the case where we don’t know the full story b ehind a trauma scene, b ut it’s reasonab le to assume that a death has occurred We instil a rm policy of absolute professionalism and the importance of treating each trauma scene with dignity and respect regardless of the details t can sometimes be dif cult not to the think of the person who may hav e died at the scene, b ut ab ov e all, our role is to ensure that the property is suitab le for family or lov ed ones to enter into after we hav e completed the clean, and this ultimately helps us to keep a rm focus on the ob in hand
