b ased in D roitwich, the b usiness is engaged in the distrib ution of mainly own-b rand healthcare products, principally operating theatre drapes and gowns, procedure packs, disposab le surgical instruments and dressings, to a v ariety of customers including hospitals, G P practices and private clinics
A t the end of J uly, Bunz l then purchased the Cheltenham-b ased
P remiere P roducts cleaning and hygiene supplies distrib ution b usiness, of T he P remiere P olish Company imited he business provides a
v ariety of b oth own-b rand and b randed
cleaning and hygiene products to customers throughout the UK, particularly those serv ing the facilities management and education sectors BCH S will supply P remiere chemical
b rands v ia a 2 1 -b ranch distrib ution network, raising the b ar in deliv ering local customer service remiere
P roducts will continue to operate in Cheltenham as an independent specialist manufacturer of high quality cleaning chemicals, supplying UK and
I nternational distrib utors b ased in 3 2 countries, b ut will no longer sell directly to end users
F inally, the company acquired two safety b usinesses also at the end of uly ee Brothers Bilston imited supplies a v ariety of mainly b randed
