TEMPLA
STAND: C14 In Manchester, Templa will be showcasing the latest innovative developments for their TemplaCMS integrated contract management software.
Integrated Workforce Management is key to the effective management of a cleaning contractor’s frontline workforce, where TemplaCMS features 14 key workforce processes all linked via the Central Database and Workflow engine. This feeds and drives time and attendance, timesheets, payroll and budgetary control, giving both administration and operations management real-time views of compliance along with contracted hours.
Employee, Manager, Team and Customer Portals are now available to TemplaCMS clients as web-applications. This means that all a cleaning contractor’s key stakeholders can how have direct, security-controlled access to the contract database
where they can view real-time information and perform key tasks.
For operations managers this means real-time access to Roster Manager and Timesheets. For operatives it means access to Payslips, Holiday Requests and company Communications, with the ability to view personal data. For special works teams it means access to daily schedules and Workbills, similarly for sub-contractors. For clients it means access to Invoices, KPI reports and Compliance documents.
Also new for 2020 is our Business Intelligence reporting suite, a system for turning data into information. Business Intelligence is a business analytics solution that will let you visualise your data and share insights across your company. Connecting multiple data sources, it will bring your data to life with live dashboards and reports.
Using Microsoft Power BI as the delivery tool, integrated seamlessly to our Microsoft technology base, we have taken on one of the trickiest challenges of data analysis: how to store raw data in a way that makes it
accessible to reporting software and therefore easy to ‘slice and dice’.
