Consultant Services Group rebrand as Lita Group FM
Established cleaning and FM provider, Consultant Services Group (CSG), is looking to further establish its position in the marketplace with a brand and ethos refresh, combined with a revised approach.
Now to be known as Lita Group Facilities Management, the company – which has been an established
business for over 50 years – will continue to deliver cleaning and FM solutions for clients across numerous sectors including manufacturing, transport, commercial and education.
Principle win 22 Bishopsgate contract
Principle Cleaning Services has been awarded a contract with JLL to provide housekeeping services to 22 Bishopsgate, London’s new, people-focused workplace destination, for an initial five-year term.
Offering over 1.275m sq ft of office space over 62 floors, 22 Bishopsgate will also provide over 150,000 sq ft of amenity and community space for the benefit of its 12,000 residents and visitors.
Inspired by the changing trends in the way people work and live, the building is London's first vertical village with a focus on health and wellbeing, technology and sustainability.
Principle will provide daily cleaning, window cleaning, washroom services, laundry services and pest control to the property with a service solution based on innovation, team welfare and reduced environmental impact.
