CROMWELL WRAPS UP NEW OFFICE SPACE DEAL


Cromwell Polythene is set to move into a new workspace during spring 2019, following a period of 


The family-run business will be moving into a bespoke facility purchased from property development company, Glentrool Estates Group, at its pioneering Sherburn2 75-acre business park at Sherburn-in-Elmet, near Leeds.


A 50,000sq ft distribution warehouse, featuring smart wrap-around  predicted growth, whilst creating a contemporary and welcoming business hub for Cromwell’s customers, suppliers and staff.


Cromwell Polythene Managing Director, James Lee, said: “Our business is thriving, thanks to our commitment to reliably and consistently supplying high-quality products with the lowest environmental impact. We have exciting plans to grow extensively over the next few years and this move is a sound investment for us.

Taking place on Thursday 13 September, the Golf Day has moved to a new venue near Darlington. Designed by renowned course architect Hawtree, Rockliffe Hall’s 18- hole championship course is one of the most challenging in Europe. While it presents a stern test for even the best  hole offer players of all abilities the chance to experience the challenge.


The Golf Day is a great opportunity to relax and network with colleagues in the industry, concluding with a drinks reception and dinner. MC, comedian Jed Stone will host the evening and former Welsh international footballer,


FM TEAM STRENGTHENED BY SENIOR


APPOINTMENT Incentive FM has strengthened its senior team by appointing Claire Rumsey as Operations Director.


The appointment will support the company’s growth and ensure that  regular interaction with the senior team.

“The Sherburn2 development near  us, allowing us to remain in a superb business and logistics location while creating new premises to suit our needs. We currently employ 33 people; our move will double our warehouse capacity, enabling us to create many more new jobs and to continue expanding our operations. In the short to medium term we hope this will create another seven jobs. Once we’ve fully grown into the site we believe we could support somewhere in the region of 50 employees.”

The CHSA’s successful partnership with the Yorkshire Professional Golfers Association continues, with every team playing with a member of the Association.


In 2017, almost £4,000 was raised for the Chairman’s Charity, the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).

Claire has been with Incentive FM for four years in regional management roles, responsible for overseeing key contracts. She has a background in engineering and manufacturing, joining Incentive FM from Pall Corporation where she held the role of Manufacturing Process Manager.


In her new position she will work alongside fellow Operations Director Glenn Wilson, and take a place on the main board. Her remit will include strategic client relationship management, supporting business


growth and developing and delivering the business strategy for the operations.
