Leading the Pacvac team behind the machine were Head of Product and Development, Adam Hirsk, and Senior Industrial Designer Product Developer, Ethan Wang.

Pacvac has been in operation for 44 years, producing commercial cleaning equipment and developing valuable relationships with professional cleaners and businesses whereby their feedback results in improvements towards a better end product.
This is exactly what the team at Pacvac has done this year, as they have rolled out the new and upgraded Velo cordless backpack vacuum cleaner. Velo has now been upgraded with Pacvac’s renowned Hypercone four-stage filtration system to enhance its performance, and when combined with an open disposable dust bag, users will enjoy peak suction levels that are maintained as the dust bag fills throughout operation.
Michael Connell, Operations & Business Support Manager, mentioned: “The first stock of the Velo New Filtration arrived in July. We’re confident these improvements will create greater cleaning experiences for both professional and domestic cleaners.”
Pacvac hasn’t forgotten about existing Velo machines, and have offered a smart and sustainable upgrade option to contribute to their commitment to the longevity of their products. Velo owners can purchase a new Filtration Service Kit (SEK016) which is comprised of a clear offset lid, a 10-pack of disposable paper dust bags, reusable SMS cone dust bags, and a pre-motor cone filter that will improve the performance of the first release Velo machines.

manufacturers at Pacvac. Which is why it’s no surprise that the sales team has expanded with its new Global Head of Sales, Sorrel Forsey-Anderson, and the new Sales & Business Development Manager, Alexander Mayer.
With over 30 years of experience in technical sales and project management, it was only natural that Sorrel Forsey- Anderson would seamlessly make the transition from building a career centered around technology and innovation to joining leaders of the cleaning industry at Pacvac.

Alexander Mayer joins Pacvac with over 20 years of trade sales expertise in consumer goods and customer service management, having been instrumental in implementing Pacvac’s strategic goals in both the UK and the EU.

These staff appointments cement significant steps forward for Pacvac in demonstrating their commitment to growth in the UK and EU regions, and in further cementing their existing relationships there.
Pacvac’s Executive Director Donna Rothwell is excited for the future of the company, having watched the organisation grow from a humble idea to a multinational corporation over the past 44 years.
