Cleaning to scale From daily tasks to large-scale cleaning challenges – KaiVac does it all.
Facilities managers and specifiers know that the best cleaning machines need to remove all dirt and impurities, and when cleaning is completed, surfaces need to be essentially dry – but do all machines live up to that expectation?

Sustainable cleaning

With a high-flow fluid extraction method, KaiVac’s AutoVac Stretch uses at least 65% less water and cleaning solution than competitors. Its unique recycling function filters and reuses cleaning solution up to seven times, conserving water and reducing pollution without compromising cleaning performance.”
The AutoVac Stretch delivers cleaner, shinier floors, and in tests performed by a major university the AutoVac system removed up to 99.8% of targeted soil. This was slightly better than an autoscrubber, which removed up to 99.4%. A brand-new microfibre mop only removed 50.9%.
Werner added: “KaiVac's AutoVac Stretch offers autoscrubber performance at around one fifth of the cost of a typical 32” riding autoscrubber, and delivers considerably greater cleaning range between fill-ups. Our KaiVac’s AutoVac Stretch hard floorcare machine recently earned Green Sea’s Certification of Environmental Innovation.

From daily tasks to huge challenges
While KaiVac’s AutoVac Stretch is ideal for daily cleaning, its big brother is the KaiVac No-Touch Cleaning System, which is ideal for massive, hard to clean facilities such as stadiums, airports, factories or large hospitals, where cleaning operatives have traditionally had to come into contact with contaminated surfaces.
Rawlins’ KaiVac No-Touch Cleaning System (KaiVac NTC) range has already proved to be highly effective at several stadiums across Europe, including: the Philips Stadium, home of PSV Eindhoven; the Johan Cruijff Arena, home to Ajax and the Dutch national team; and at Erve Asito, the home of Heracles Almelo.
