Delphis becomes approved BM supplier
The UK’s No. 1 eco-cleaning chemical brand, Delphis Eco, has announced that it has been officially appointed as an approved supplier for BM, the highly respected contract catering company.
The leading British eco-cleaning company has a long- standing relationship with BM, having worked with the team for nearly a decade supplying cleaning products for its catering business. The company services over 45,000 customers across over 100 locations in the UK.
BM was the first contract caterer to achieve certification by Planet Mark on measuring and reducing its carbon footprint. Today, it remains one of the most sustainable contract caterers operating in the UK, always searching for materials of better quality or those that deliver better environmental value.
BM’s Marketing Director, Lin Dickens, explained: “We are pleased to confirm that we have awarded Delphis Eco approved supplier status. Sustainability and ethics underpin everything we do, and we know it’s the same at Delphis Eco.
“Not only is this about the products themselves, which are highly effective yet non-toxic, but it’s also about the packaging and taking plastic out of the economy. Delphis’ products come packed in 100% recycled plastic casing, so this is about being kind to the environment in many different ways. We wash over 100,000 pieces of crockery every single day, which is a lot of crockery. It needs to be scrupulously clean, and our customers expect nothing less.
“We have a mantra that ‘what gets measured gets done’ and we value products that are proven to be non-harmful to our
Kingdom Cleaning plants 150 trees
Kingdom Cleaning colleagues and partners have joined forces to plant 150 trees in a new community woodland in Bedford, as the firm continues to champion ‘professional cleaning with a conscience’.
Organised by Kingdom Cleaning’s Operations Director, Shaun Wall, and the firm’s sustainability partner, Ethical Nation, the event saw colleagues from Kingdom Services Group and its janitorial supply partner, Bunzl, come together to contribute to the ongoing planting programme at Queens Wood near Houghton House.
The community woodland on the Ampthill and Houghton Conquest border has been planted with more than 35,000

Mark Jankovich, CEO of Delphis Eco, added: “We share sustainability values with BM and have a mutual passion for making a real difference and taking ownership of the environmental issues that the world faces today.
“BM is highly progressive in its stance – it has aligned its sustainability activity to the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals, has led the sector with its Eat with the Earth in Mind ethos, and every year it sets measurable objectives to ensure continuous improvements in its sustainability performance.
“We are proud to be working with the team, as we expand our agenda for sustainable growth and in taking action to combat climate change.”

native trees and shrubs in the past two years, led by teams from Forest of Marston Vale Trust and the Woodland Trust. Kingdom Cleaning’s contribution will complete the planting of this new 38-hectare woodland.
As part of Kingdom Cleaning’s ongoing environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments, the firm has also made a donation towards the ongoing management of the woodland to ensure it thrives and creates the greatest biodiverse impact.
Shaun Wall, Operations Director at Kingdom Cleaning, said: “We constantly strive to positively contribute to our community, which is why we were delighted to join forces with our client Bunzl for this inspiring team event. Not only will the trees planted by our colleagues help to complete this new woodland, but they will also create a new habitat for the wildlife it serves. We hope the local community will enjoy the space for many years to come.”
Alan Stenson, from Neutral Carbon Zone, commented: “Planting 150 trees in this protected woodland will ensure a legacy of environmental, social and local economic benefit that will continue to deliver for many decades to come.”
