THE CLEANING SHOW 2023: BEST IN SHOW

The Cleaning Show 2023: Best in Show

The 2023 Cleaning Show was an exceptional show: incredibly busy and a wonderful showcase for the best new cleaning and hygiene products and services on offer, as well as the many continued success stories of our industry. Here’s a quick round-up of some of the finest that were on display at ExCeL London from 14-16 March.

Satino by WEPA

One exhibitor that was showcasing something new at the 2023 Cleaning Show was Satino by WEPA.

Satino is WEPA Professional’s pioneering ‘Away from Home’ brand in the UK. This was the brand’s second time exhibiting at the Cleaning Show and was focused primarily on showcasing its new line ‘PureSoft’.

PureSoft is a unique hygiene paper made entirely from recycled corrugated cardboard, making the most of a surplus of delivery packaging collated over the pandemic. Satino is the first European manufacturer to bring this material into resource streams.

Many visitors to the show had not seen this type of recycled product before, so were keen to get their hands on it. Satino even held a ‘blindfold touch test’ at their stand to compare PureSoft to other recycled fibres on the market, with PureSoft coming out on top.

Alexander Swan

What an incredible three days Alexander Swan had exhibiting at ExCel London for The Cleaning Show 2023. It was fantastic to see the hall swarming with cleaning professionals; the energy was electric.

We were fascinated by the latest gadgets and cleaning innovations, and honoured to be exhibiting among so many market leaders.

With insurance being one of the least thrilling topics, the Alexander Swan team did their best to attract the crowd with an impressive prize draw:

• The top prize: Ionic Water Fed Pole - Hydra CFP45 6.3 c/w 14” Brush & Flylead (kindly sponsored by ERS), won by Dylan Gomersall.

• The second (and most popular) prize: a drone, won by Jason Reading.

• The third prize: a £250.00 voucher to spend on an insurance policy with Alexander Swan Insurance Services, won by Shaun Ali.

Congratulations to our prize winners!

We made lots of positive connections, and really enjoyed having face-to face interactions with so many potential new clients, as well as the opportunity to catch up with a number of our existing, long-standing clients.

Having exhibited at The Cleaning Show many times before, 2023 was up there as one of the best we’ve had the pleasure to attend. We would like to thank the organisers for such a fantastic event, and are very much looking forward to returning in 2025.
