Our high strength, rapid drying and curing smoothing compound, Level IT Super30, sets after 30 minutes and is ready to receive floor covering in little over an hour – ideal for quick turnaround projects. Mapei offers a family of surface applied damp proof membranes to be used in conjunction with a structural membrane to suppress residual or constructional moisture with their Mapeproof range. Mapeproof ESM is a two- component, solvent free, pure epoxy surface membrane which will suppress residual or static moisture vapour in cementitious substrates. Applied as a two coat system it can suppress residual moisture up to 97% r.h. It is also suitable for heated screeds. Mapeproof One Coat is a single coat epoxy damp proof surface membrane for use on cementitious sub-floors with residual, static or construction moisture up to 97% on sub-floors with an effective structural damp proof membrane. For a rapid solution Mapeproof 1K Turbo is a single component, solvent-free, moisture curing polyurethane surface damp proof membrane with very low VOC emissions for controlling residual or static moisture in concrete and sand and cement screeds. No mixing is required, use straight from the tin, no waste.
