ULTRA FLOOR USED IN A 5 STAR LONDON HOTEL
Subfloor preparation has been completed in one of London’s most elegant and utterly original urban hotels, St Martin’s Lane, using Ultra Floor products.

Level IT super30 can be laid at depths from 2-15mm and its formulation is free of protein and ammonia, creating a very low odour material suitable for use in confined areas as well as open. In addition, the product is designed to compensate for shrinkage, is polymer modified and suitable for use in conjunction with under floor heating systems.

Prime IT N is easy to use, safe to apply, and boast exceptional adhesion and fast drying time. It’s available in a 5 litre bottle.
Level IT super30 two-part leveller, when applied by trowel, smoothes and levels internal substrates with irregular surfaces. The product’s rapid-setting properties allow for foot traffic after only 30 minutes and decorative floor coverings can be laid after just three hours. It was the perfect solution for speedy levelling, as the always busy Covent Garden hotel only allowed a small window for the subfloor preparation anyway.
A 25kg bag and 5ltr bottle system will cover an optimum 5.2m² at 3mm thickness. Level IT super30 provided the perfect underlayment for the chosen vinyl floor covering.
