This year, Brightwell Dispensers are launching a brand new range of chemical dosing and dilution systems, ECOMIX and ECOSHOT. ECOMIX and ECOSHOT from Brightwell Dispensers are a range of chemical dosing and diluting systems designed for the professional hygiene industry.
ECOMIX is a proportionner. Connected to mains water, it creates a vacuum and dilutes a pre-determined ratio of chemical into a final solution, ready to use. ECOSHOT is a manual dosing system, dosing a specific volume or shot of concentrated chemical into a spray bottle, a bucket or a sink. Sharing the same innovative features, both systems offer a one- stop cleaning station thanks to their flexibility, reliability and easy maintenance.
Flexibility The Brightwell range of chemical dispensing systems provides a professional and safe solution to manage your chemical usage. Thanks to their versatility, you can offer a range of dispensers that will suit any environment requirements : high chemical usage, low water pressure, high staff turnover, limited maintenance opportunities… The flexibility of the range enables you to source all your equipment from one single proficient supplier, using one universal chemical packaging format. This minimises your stock, simplifies logistics and streamlines your production.
Independence Brightwell specialises in the manufacturing of dispensers only, and is completely independent from any chemical offer. This gives you the freedom to dispense the chemicals of your choice through a quality dispensing system.

name. ECOMIX and ECOSHOT can also be locked to your chemicals with the option of exclusivity using bespoke pin positions.
Common features Precise dosing - Precision is a prerequisite for dosing and dilution systems in the professional hygiene industry. Brightwell have brought particular attention to the technical design of the dosage and dilution processes, achieving equipment reliability and peace of mind.
• The dilution ratio on the ECOMIX is set with a dilution ring. The flexibility of this ring lies in its concept, enabling easily interchangeable dilution ratios without the use of any tool.
• To set a dose on ECOSHOT, simply turn the green ring to the matching dosage indicator. This system offers you an infinity of dosing shots between 5ml and 30ml to suit you chemical requirements.
Choice of chemical inlet - Chemicals can be drawn from any sized container. Brightwell offer a hanging bracket to support up to 10L containers, or a multipurpose chemical cabinet to lock in your chemicals. The cabinet holds 1.5L pouches or 2.5L bottles to suit your filling line preferences. The pouch system offers you exclusivity thanks to optional pin positions.
Versatility of the outlet - Both ECOMIX and ECOSHOT have been designed to cater for most of the requirements from the professional hygiene industry. ECOMIX is available in low flow (4L/min) and high flow (14/min) versions. The ECOSHOT unit is available in spray bottle, sink and bucket versions, offering you versatility of use with a multitude of chemicals.

Maintenance on ECOMIX is kept as simple as possible and both systems are installed within minutes thanks to their user-friendly, ergonomic and versatile design. With a quick adjustment, water and chemical inlets can be fitted either side of the unit, to best suit the final environment.
