i-Clean is the unique Cleaning Management System that helps in-house or contracted sites to improve standards and reduce costs by implementing best practice procedures.

An i-Clean benchmark review provides an in-depth assessment of all areas of existing cleaning provision and identifies what improvements can be made and how best to make them. Following a detailed analysis of documentation, policies and procedures, on-site inspections are conducted by an experienced i-Clean Consultant to produce a detailed report of findings, colour-coded gap analysis and efficiency score. A strategic action plan is provided with full recommendations on each individual element to allow for easy implementation.

Where i-Clean identifies opportunities for improvement, it is able to provide varying levels of support depending on individual client resources and expertise. This can include further hands-on management support on a regular or ad-hoc basis or the production of new policy documentation. For more information please visit www.i-clean.info
