After successfully relocating to new headquarters west of Stuttgart at the end of last year, Maassen GmbH has expanded its product portfolio. The new facilities enable the company to manufacture and distribute a broader range of products.

The press production line continues to grow, with an increasing selection of press tool diameters available. Additionally, Maassen GmbH offers hard metal (KXF tungsten carbide/cobalt mixture) press plates in various sizes.

Alongside their existing product offerings for ICP-OES/ICP-MS and AAS/UV-VIS spectrometers from well-known manufacturers such as Glass Expansion and Burgener Research, Maassen


GmbH has now partnered with MeiHui Technology Japan/UVTech to supply high-quality light source modules. This includes deuterium lamps from Hamamatsu Photonics, socketed by MeiHui Technology for various spectrometers from leading manufacturers, as well as other light sources. These new additions will be available in stock across Europe over the coming months.

With this expansion, Maassen GmbH can now offer light sources for a wider variety of spectrometers and HPLC systems than before. Through customer testing, they have verified the fitting accuracy and compatibility with various manufacturers’ equipment. The quality of the long-life lamps from Hamamatsu Photonics has proven reliable over the years.
