At F-DGSi, we innovate, design and manufacture gas and liquid generators (Hydrogen, Zero Air, Nitrogen and Liquid Nitrogen) to offer laboratories a safer, more convenient and cost-effective alternative to cylinders.
Our high quality products provide you with absolute peace of mind and help reduce your operating costs, reduce environmental impact and eliminate the inconvenience of cylinder supply. Our wide range of products comprises of:
• Hydrogen generators that provide hydrogen with a constant purity of > 99.99999% for GC & GC-MS applications;
• Nitrogen generators that are available with a Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) or Membrane technology to match purity requirements from 95% to 99.9995% for LC-MS/MS, GC, ICP, TOC, FT-IR, CAD, ELSD, ASE & MP-AES;
• Liquid nitrogen generators that produce on demand liquid nitrogen gas at 99% purity from 10 L/day up to 240 L/day to meet the needs of most cryogenic applications;
• Zero air generators with or without integrated compressor produce a dry, clean air, without hydrocarbons for GC-FID, TOC and FT-IR;
• Combined generators, that supply either nitrogen and pure air for GC, GC-2D, MP-AES & LC-MS or hydrogen and zero air for GC applications;
• Air dryers with and without CO2 are designed to match applications such as FT-IR, NMR, AA, Rheometers;
• A range of complementary accessories are available (filter, air compressor, pressure regulators, Chiller).
