Sampling System GMA200-MGSS

Monitor up to 3 gases at up to 6 measuring points using a gas sampling system the size of a medium pizza!

Gas sampling systems are notoriously bulky, heavy and expensive. They are not even real products, but rather standard components added an additional pump, mounted in a steel cabinet. It was time to rethink the concept and come up with an easy to mount, easy to maintain, safe and reliable solution for most applications – the GMA200-MGSS.

The modular concept allows to be customized to perfectly meet your requirements. Whether you need a simple single gas solution or a full- fledged sequential sample system for monitoring 3 different gases from 6 sample points, the MGSS is the best option to monitor gases in hot, humid, cold or dusty environments.

Controller Series GMA200

Designed to work across multiple industries and to address nearly every task in gas detection, GfG’s controller series GMA200 is a proven, reliable solution to meet your needs.

Simple to configure, the wall or DIN rail mounted controllers support up to sixteen channels of gas detection and are easily integrated into larger safety concepts to fit the requirements of even the most demanding applications.

All GMA200s provide an intuitive and proven user interface. They feature internal relays and allow additional relay modules to be connected. This way, complex alarms can be fitted to suit your specific requirements. Transmitter signals are processed in analog as well as in digital form via Modbus RTU interface. In case SIL is important to you; all controllers can be used in a single- channel HFT=0 structure up to SIL2 / PL d or in a redundant HFT=1 architecture up to SIL3 / PL e.

CC33 Fixed Gas Transmitter

The CC33 transmitters are flame-proof, encapsulated, and are ideal for combustible gases in explosion-proof Ex-Zone 1 required areas. Depending on the application, the CC33 is available in either a lacquered die-cast aluminium housing or an unpainted housing made of stainless steel. Low maintenance requirements and long sensor life reduce your cost of ownership.

The CC33 is a fixed system gas transmitter equipped with a catalytic LEL sensor. The transmitter is certified as a flame-proof “Ex d” device for use in Zone 1, gas group IIC hazardous locations.

Transmitter Series 22

GfG‘s 22 transmitters form perhaps the most comprehensive and proven transmitter series in the world. The sensor range includes not only the usual CC, EC and IR sensors, but also chemisorption (CS) or zirconium dioxide (ZD) sensors for a multitude of gases and measuring ranges to be monitored.

Special designs such as the EC22 O for monitoring O2 environments or the IR22 F for CO2
