Combining the market leading technologies of YSI, SONTEK, AADI and WTW; Xylem Analytics UK Ltd will be unveiled at WWEM 2012. Xylem Analytics Sales and Marketing Director Darren Hanson has been with the YSI Group for twenty years and says “This is an extremely exciting development because the new company will be able to meet a broader spectrum of customer needs in field, laboratory and online instrumentation. In addition, as part of a larger group we will be able to exploit a wide variety of synergies; in areas such as product development for example.”

Many of Xylem Anlaytics’ latest technologies will be on display at WWEM 2012, including the new YSI EXO multiparameter sonde, the YSI Pro Quatro handset, the WTW Inolab laboratory range, SonTek IQ shallow water flow meter and the WTW Varion with IQ for ammonium and nitrate measurements.

Xylem Analytics will run workshops on both days at WWEM 2012; both entitled ‘Breaking the Sonde Barrier’ and each taking place at 12 noon in room 8. These workshops will provide an insight into the many developments that have been built into the EXO water quality monitoring sondes.

New Ammonia Analysers Launched

Pollution & Process Monitoring Ltd will be launching their latest Proam ammonia technology at the WWEM exhibition-stand 65.

The Proam was launched in 2003 and has proven to be a reliable waste-water analyser, suitable for continuous measurement.

Many new design features have been incorporated, improving measurement performance and reducing maintenance.

Inclusion of a dual speed peristaltic sample pump significantly reduces the time to complete an automatic calibration routine, used to validate measurements.

Furthermore, provision of the calibration history will verify performance.

Increased program settings will optimise performance, even in the most challenging of applications.

Severn Trent Water and Wessex Water have awarded PPM frameworks; it is hoped others will follow suit. Reader Reply Card No. Water Analysis Case Packaging at WWEM

New Process Analyser for all your On-line Applications

Metrohm's know-how and expertise in ion analysis in the lab is integrated in our analysers, supplying a range of on-line and process analysers from Metrohm Applikon and LAR, to the water and waste water and environment industries.

On WWEM 2012 stand 53, Metrohm Applikon presents the New ADI2045TI Process Analyser, the latest generation and industry leader of wet chemical analysers on the market.

The analytical system uses high quality Metrohm analysis modules like the Titrando range of titrators. Combining Metrohm’ s knowledge and experience in laboratory analysis and Applikon’s experience in process control instrumentation results in an analyser that can perform nearly every On-line or At-line wet chemical analysis in the most difficult environments.

Its unique modularity design makes it possible to adapt the analyser to the specific needs of the application. Multi-parameter and multi-stream analyses are easily implemented as well as analogue and digital communication with other devices.
