Intuitive software for multi-detector GPC/SEC
Grabner Instruments Introduces Premium Leak Detection Option for MINIVAP Online RVP Analyzer System, Enhancing Safety in Petroleum Vapor
Pressure Testing Grabner Instruments announces the launch of the Grabner Leak Detection option for the MINIVAP Online RVP Analyzer in September of 2024, designed to push the limits of safety and operational effi ciency in petroleum testing. This advanced feature detects sample material leakage and immediately initiates a safe shutdown of analyzer operation, ensuring the highest levels of safety for laboratory personnel and equipment. The built-in sight glass allows local operators to quickly identify any leaks, providing an extra layer of visual security.
Key features of the Grabner Leak Detection system include: • Compatibility: Available for both new MINIVAP Online RVP Analyzer systems and as an upgrade for existing setups. • Visual Confi rmation: A sight glass allows operators to quickly and easily identify leaks on-site.
• Automatic Shutdown: In case of leakage, the system safely shuts down the analyzer by removing voltage from the enclosure, eliminating risks.
• Flow Control: The shutdown also cuts off fl ow to the enclosure with pneumatic valves, ensuring a complete stop to operations and preventing further leakage.

In addition, the analyser comes with a Modbus interface for external device automation.
These innovative measurement systems are easy to install and maintain. Integrated self-plausibility checks during and after warm-up deliver accurate, dependable measurement data.
ParSEC Advanced software from Testa Analytical is designed to acquire and analyse data from GPC /SEC systems fi tted with any combination of refractive index, light scattering, UV, and viscosity detectors.
Traditionally the complexity of data acquisition, storage, visualisation, analysis, and reporting from multi-detector GPC/ SEC systems has limited its effective use to chromatography and macromolecular characterisation specialists.
With all necessary tools and options accessible with a single mouse click - ParSEC sets a new benchmark for ease-of-use and productivity.
ParSEC is fully compatible with all GPC/SEC detectors and systems including those from Testa Analytical. This powerful, yet easy-to-use software package includes many attractive and practical features that have been written for the benefi t of even occasional users. Features include ‘function specifi c’ views, ensuring the uncluttered display of information relevant to the task at hand, plus customisable display, and annotation options for all graph types. All operating conditions, raw data fi les, analysis methods, related calibrations, results, and sample information are stored in a database for easy archiving and retrieval.

Precise, quick, safe and easy sampling and analysis of gasbags and unpressurised gas samples
For More Info, email: email:
The EST-TSHR NEXIS GBM Gasbag Sampling Module provides unsurpassed sample data performance with fast analysis times. It boasts several unique hardware features to make sampling and analysis of non-pressurised gas samples safe, speedy and easy. The NEXIS GBM can be connected to any EST-TSHR NEXIS combustion analysers to analyse total sulphur, nitrogen or chlorine levels in non-pressurised gas samples.
For More Info, email: email:
This highly precise and versatile analyser delivers maximum sample volume fl exibility (from 5-500ml) instead of a standard loop fi xed size of 10ml, so it is ideal for both ultra-low and very high concentrated applications. The NEXIS LINK Software provides complete control and operation enabling precision dosing gas sampling.
For More Info, email: email:
The NEXIS GBM is compatible for a broad array of atmospheric pressure gasses, so there are no worries about pressures or pressure-related errors. It delivers fast analysis times of less than 500 seconds for both low and high sample volumes, with a default analysis time of 250 seconds. There are endless opportunities for creating calibration levels and replicates in a single queue run based on one gasbag standard.
This device provides complete digital electronic control for dosing a sample’s specifi c volume and gas injection speed. This also includes extremely accurate feedback providing users with the real injected volume and temperature for each individual injection. The NEXIS GBM also ensures operational safety with Autonomous Pressure Intelligence which monitors the outlet pressure to the analyser continuously and takes the appropriate actions when necessary.
EST-THSR have also included a sensor for detecting hydrocarbon leaks in and around the NEXIS GBM and analyser, as well as a safety purge valve which will operate automatically if and when hydrocarbons are discovered in the NEXIS GBM; the Argon carrier gas will purge all oxidising gasses. An inline particle fi lter defends the Sample MFC against any particles present in the gas streams or in the vicinity of the GasBag - and possibly caught during a sample change.
